Each sauce is made in small batches based on the maker's family recipes, rooted in an authentic regional flavor, and is:

 Caldine

This Caldine sauce is a creamy coconut gravy infused with premium spices that is excellent with seafood, particularly Maine lobster. Caldine is a Goan-inspired dish from the West Coast of India.

Cooking directions:  

  • sear meat, seafood, or vegetables in 3 tbsp ghee (clarified butter) until cooked
  • stir in sauce
    • to thin sauce, add 1 cup of lite coconut milk or chicken, seafood, or vegetable stock
  • simmer on low for 10 minutes
  • salt to taste
  • serve hot with rice and/ or naan bread

Spice level: medium

INGREDIENTS: Coconut Cream (coconut, water, guar gum), Fresh Onion, Coconut Milk (coconut milk, water, guar gum), Grapeseed Oil, Garlic, Sugar, Ginger paste (ginger, dextrose, glycerin, fructose, sea salt, ascorbic acid, xanthan gum, citric acid), Concentrated Lime Juice (lime juice from concentrate, sodium benzoate), White Vinegar, Spices, Xanthan Gum, Citric Acid

Makhani

Makani means “with butter,” and this buttery-tomato rich cream sauce is infused with a premium blend of North Indian Mughlai spices.

Cooking directions: 

  • sear chicken, meat, seafood, paneer, tofu, or vegetables in 3 tbsp ghee (clarified butter) until cooked
  • stir in sauce
    • to thin sauce, add 1 cup of chicken or vegetable stock
  • simmer on low for 10 minutes
  • salt to taste
  • serve hot with rice and/ or naan bread

“Saag” is the Punjabi word for leafy greens, and this Saag sauce is full of spinach, broccoli, and aromatic spices.

    • to thin sauce, add 1 cup of chicken or vegetable stock
