Shipping policy

General

We do our best to ship orders within 4 business days, although timelines may vary during busy holiday seasons. You'll receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 2 weeks processing time for Down East prints and posters. We are a small team and are grateful for your patience! 

Domestic Orders

We ship to all 50 states via USPS or UPS and have a flat rate shipping fee of $8.50 for orders with a subtotal of $19.99 or less and $11 for orders $20 and up.

International Orders 

At this time, we offer international shipping only for Down East Magazine Subscriptions and Gift Subscriptions. The shipping cost for international subscriptions is a $22 one-time fee charged at checkout. Shipping fees do not include possible import duties, customs fees, or taxes. International deliveries are available to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.
