Neither good nor a good representative of Indian cooking

Received the makhani simmer sauce as a gift. Not much to the flavor profile other than red chili. If you are a chili lover, you will not find this hot enough to justify red chili being the only flavor. If you have less heat tolerance, your taste buds might be numb. Either way, this sauce a good way to waste the vegetables or meat you cook in it; sadly our eggplant went straight into the trash after a few bites.
