Care Guide (If Applicable)
Try a truly unique, delicious flavor: birch! Great for both sweet and savory, the taste of birch syrup can be described as similar to molasses.
Add it to salad dressings, desserts, marinades, BBQ sauce, mixed drinks, glazes, or drizzle it over vanilla ice cream.
It takes 120 gallons of birch sap to make 1 gallon of syrup (maple syrup needs 40). The birch season begins when the maple season ends, around the first of April, and it's a short season of just 1-3 weeks.
Made in and from the woods of Temple by the only commercial birch syrup producer in Maine.
Available in 2 sizes: 50 mL (1.69 oz) and 100 mL (3.38 oz).
Refrigerate after opening.
Please note: this is not a maple syrup replacement.
