Shipping nightmare

Odered this simple product.
It has not arrived. Got sent to the wrong town, despite all of the order information being proper. DownEast fulfillment seemed to blame me. Still don't have the product.

Thank you for your order. In further investigation this week, we have found that USPS can take longer to deliver mailing tubes (we used mailing tubes to ship posters) because their cylindrical shape makes them difficult for automated sorting machinery, leading to manual handling and less frequent scanning, which can cause delays in transit and tracking updates. We have now ordered square boxes to ship posters to help curb shipping delays and problems. In order to find out what went wrong, we have to ask questions. Your replacement was shipped out yesterday.
