This sculptural Ruby-Throated Hummingbird Ornament is perfect for the hummingbird lover in your life.
Each ornament is made from Maine “blue” clay that is dug from the maker’s back field. The entire creation process—from rolling out the clay slab, to cutting them out, and decorating them—is done by hand.
The design is inspired by the artist’s love of native birds.
Each box comes with the artist’s saying about the ornament: “Hummingbirds are tiny surprises that appear as suddenly as they are gone, but as they drink from flowers, we manage to catch a glimpse of these wonderful iridescent birds in flight".
When it’s time to put your holiday decorations away, this bird can stay hung in your window or on your wall.
