Harvested at the height of spring, this spruce tip syrup captures the bright, woodsy flavor of Maine’s evergreen forests. Spruce tips are hand-picked at peak tenderness, then slowly infused with organic brown sugar to draw out their natural citrusy notes and subtle resinous sweetness.
The result is a rich, undiluted syrup with a beautifully balanced flavor - lightly caramelized, pleasantly tangy, and unmistakably spruce.
