All you need is a couple minutes and a little bit of water to create your own delicious molten lava cakes. Bonus points for their melted center!

To enjoy:

  1. Add 2 tablespoons of water, and MIX WELL.
  2. Microwave uncovered for approx. 35-45 seconds (depending on microwave voltage)
  3. Let cool 1 minute.

Don't have a microwave? All you need to do is add water, mix, transfer into a soufflé or oven safe cup, and bake for approximately 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Be careful not to overcook -- the lava center should be soft, not dry. Let cool 1 minute.

May contain: egg, peanut/tree nuts, soy, and milk products..

Store below 70 degrees.

These tasty mug cakes FAR exceeded my expectations! Ready in 45 seconds and perfect for a snack at work...and just before bed.....and - full confession - a yummy breakfast. They taste fantastic and I intend to purchase way more than I should so I always have a few on hand. Just buy some - you'll be glad you did! (sorry, no photo...I already ate them all)

Just add a little water, stir, microwave, and within seconds you have an individual hot molten lava cake that is so delicious! The chocolate peanut butter is my favorite and chocolate raspberry is a close second.
