This Strawberry Rhubarb Pepper Jelly is a spring favorite with a slight twist. Excellent for breakfasts, or it could be added to lemonade or iced tea.
Grey Goose Gourmet sources as many ingredients as locally as she can, from her own backyard to her local farmer’s market. This strawberry rhubarb variety has rhubarb from her and her neighbor’s backyard and strawberries from a local farm.
The recipe is adapted from her mother’s secret family recipe.
Try it: with cheese (like brie, goat cheese, gorgonzola); in glazes on meats and seafood; with olive oil and vinegar to make salad dressings; in sandwiches; in yogurt or on ice cream; as a sugar substitute in fruit pies, tarts, and crisps; as a dessert topping; or in mixed drinks.
Or, try the Grey Goose Gourmet favorite: served with cream cheese and crackers.
