Cooking directions:
- sear chicken, meat, or vegetables in 3 tbsp ghee (clarified butter) until cooked
- stir in sauce*
- *to thin sauce, add 1 cup of chicken or vegetable stock
- simmer on low for 10 minutes
- salt to taste
- serve hot with rice and/ or naan bread
