Enjoy your Bloody Mary with a Maine twist! It’s a bar in a jar — enjoy with or without spirits.
Best with vodka.
INGREDIENTS: celery, jalapeno, lemon, horseradish, Maine Alaria seaweed, black peppercorns, Maine sea salt
INFUSION METHODS WITH SPIRITS:
- FILL jar to top with Vodka
- SHAKE vigorously
- Let STEEP 2-3 days then strain
- MIX 2 oz of stained vodka with 4-6 oz of tomato juice, serve over ice, garnish and ENJOY!
OR pour suggested alcohol into a pot on the stove and heat until hot. DO NOT BOIL. Carefully pour hot spirit into the jar over infusion ingredients. Put the lid on tightly, give a good shake, let cool (usually about 30 minutes), mix strained vodka with 4-6 oz of tomato juice, serve over ice, and enjoy! Drink within one year.
INFUSION METHODS WITHOUT SPIRITS:
Add boiling water to your jar and let it steep in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Give it a good shake, taste, and when it’s to your liking, strain, mix with tomato juice, serve over ice, garnish and enjoy!
Makes 5+ drinks.
Store in the refrigerator and drink within five days.
