Calm your mind by bathing in an organic, luxurious blend of beach roses, lavender, chamomile, and lemon balm.
There are two methods for use:
- Simply remove tag and put entire sachet into the bath. Or, if you'd like, you can empty the contents out of the sachet directly into the bath.
- Steep sachet in hot water on the stove, and then add the tea to the bath.
Or, you can use this bath tea as a facial steam by putting the sachet in two quarts of hot water and let simmer for 5 minutes. With a towel around your head to contain the floral steam, breathe in deeply over the steam for as long as you'd like.
The herbs and flowers are grown, foraged, and dried by the maker, and any sourced herbs are certified organic.
