Grey Goose Gourmet sources as many ingredients as locally as she can, from her own backyard to her local farmer’s market.
The recipe is adapted from her mother’s secret family recipe.
Try it: with cheese (like brie, goat cheese, gorgonzola); in glazes on meats and seafood; with olive oil and vinegar to make salad dressings; in sandwiches; in yogurt or on ice cream; as a sugar substitute in fruit pies, tarts, and crisps; as a dessert topping; or in mixed drinks.
Or, try the Grey Goose Gourmet favorite: served with cream cheese and crackers.
Since this fruit jelly has elderberries, which are hard to come by, this pepper jelly is made in more limited quantities.
