1/3 C confectioners sugar
1 TB lemon juice
Mix together until well blended and drizzle over warm scones.

Buttered Maple Glaze
~ the Scone Goddess's all-time favorite glaze
2 TB butter
1/3 C pure maple syrup
1/2 C confectioners sugar
Heat butter and maple syrup in the microwave for 1 minute. Stir in confectioners sugar (add more if needed for desired consistency) until well blended and drizzle over warm scones. Perfect on Maple Pecan or Pumpkin Scones. Definitely eat the leftover glaze drizzled over pecans or walnuts!
